Like other lock management platforms, we also support creating master codes or single-use codes so your team can manage their own access with Akia.

Improvements
Tasks Layout
Our team has updated the tasks page to support project-based task creation with our Task Queues. Subscribe different departments to the same queue so they can see new tasks created and manage tasks for that queue.

Platform Fallback for Broadcasts
To ensure guests receive the broadcast notification, select your fallback platforms (like in your automated messages) so the guest will see the important message!

View PMS Custom Fields in Akia
Created custom fields in your PMS? Go to the Custom Fields section in Akia to create them on our end, so you can use them in your Mini Apps or automated messages.

Mark Collection Items Out of Stock
Run out of ___? Mark it out of stock in the side panel editor so guests are unable to order it until you flip the status back to in stock.

Mobile App Records Page
Making sure information isn’t lost in the switch between platforms, our team has revamped the Mobile App records page to mimic your column layout on Desktop. Scroll to the right to view the other columns you have added, and tap the circle next to the guest’s name to begin broadcasting.
