Enabling Hostfully integration
Before we begin and activate the integration, obtain and provide your Hostfully's Agency ID to your Akia representative to configure your account in Akia.
Click on your Name in the top right corner > Go to Agency Settings > Scroll to the bottom of the page

Do not proceed with the next steps until your Akia representative confirms the integration has been configured
- Once you have received confirmation from your Akia representative that your Akia account has been configured, visit the Integrations page in Hostfully and enable the Akia by toggling the switch to ON.
- Once Akia has been enabled, click on the Settings next to the switch and enable the individual listings for Akia by toggling their switches to ON
- Navigate to Akia’s integration page
- Find Hostfully under the Property Management category
- Install the Hostfully app to complete the setup (https://sys.akia.ai/integrations/apps/hostfully)
- Akia will start syncing with your bookings in Hostfully. Your existing, upcoming reservations will gradually sync in Akia; and as bookings are created, modified, or canceled, they will be synced into Akia in real-time.
- You’ll be able to verify new reservations coming through into Akia by visiting the Records tab in Akia.

Integration Breakdown
- 2-way integration - Akia receives reservation information from Hostfully and can send back guest phone numbers and emails
- Webhooks - Akia receives bookings and reservation updates right when they happen
What Can I Do Now That I Have Hostfully?
- Send a message right when the Booking is Confirmed or x days before a guest arrives
- Send a message when the guest checks in or out
- Use your Hostfully guidebook or rental agreement in Akia with the tokens {{customer.hostfully_guide_book_url__c}} and {{customer.hostfully_rental_agreement_url__c}} respectively
