Once you have received confirmation from your innRoad representative, you’re able to begin the integration by completing the following steps:
1. Log out from your innRoad account. This is necessary to update the interface. Then, log back in as usual.
2. Then, go to the Setup Screen. You should see a new menu option called Akia Setup. Click on the Akia Setup option

3. Once there, you will see the screen below:

4. Then, click on “Connect to Akia” to proceed.
5. Now, you will see a screen asking you to log in to Akia.
- If you are already logged into Akia, you can skip this step.
- Enter your Akia Username and Akia Password, then click Login.

6. Once you are logged in, Akia will ask you to allow innRoad to sync your Guest and Reservation data to Akia.

7. Click “Continue” to proceed.
8. Now, you will need to select the Akia property where your innRoad property will be sending data:

Please note: You might only have 1 option. This means that you have an Akia account with a single property, and you don’t need to take any extra steps.
