Enabling StayNTouch integration
- Contact your StayNTouch account representative and ask them to enable the Akia integration
- StayNTouch will provide your API credential and hotel ID to your Akia Customer Success Representative once you’ve signed off on the integration
- Once StayNTouch is connected, Akia will receive newly booked or updated reservations into the system.

To import future reservations into Akia which have not yet been updated, you can provide a CSV file to your Customer Success Representative or our support team via the Support Chat or at help@akia.com.
